As of the 15th of July 2003, Care with Love has become fully registered under the Ministry of Social Affairs (registration # 5241 / Law 84 for the year 2002). CWL started operating as an independent NGO as of January 2004. The main objectives of operating as an independent entity was to achieve the following 3 goals:

1) To enable the organization to directly contract the Home Health Care Providers and provide them with continuous employment with full benefits, as well as support at the work place to ensure the satisfaction of the care givers and help them endure a difficult job.
2) To provide accountable services to the community and insure customer safety and satisfaction.
3) To reach financial sustainability and allow the organization its full potential of growing into other services to the community of confined individuals with home health care needs.

Franchising of CWL: As of September 2005, CWL "Franchised" to Alexandria through a local NGO according to a signed protocol that insures the same quality training of the care givers. The same system of employment and supervision of the care givers at the client's home will insure quality care as well as safe working environment for the care givers.
