Training Program
The Training: The training curriculum is a well balanced
mixture of theory in the class room, lab training where the trainees
are coached to acquire
and practice needed basic skills, and practical
field experience at health institutions where they apply
what they
learned and can gain confidence and
hands-on experience. The training
course The comprehensive training curriculum includes the following subjects: 1. Being a home health care provider and what does it mean?
Evaluation: Evaluation is an ongoing process, not only for academic achievement and acquiring practical skills, but also for personal growth and adjustment. Upon completion of the training course as designed, the trainees spend a month of internship working as Home Health Care Providers under close supervision and evaluation before receiving their certificates. Trainee Selection Criteria: Trainees are recruited from communities where there are large numbers of unemployed young people. Selection of students is a painstaking process. Capable young men and women of good disposition (17-35 years of age) that can fluently read and write must be of sound mind and able body to be able to enter the training program. Trainer Selection Criteria: Care With Love recently graduated a class of select trainers who present the training curriculum in the CWL training centers. Any potential trainer candidate must meet the following requirements: 1. Mastering of the CWL curriculum of training.
3. The ability to become a "Trainer by Coaching". 4. Personal skills that enable them to be good trainers: presentable, patient, empathic, accepts the other, fun, etc. Training fees: Stipulated scholarships are available for training home health care providers, as well as trainers.
